This old phone was found in an old barn that was being cleaned out in Dennysville. It appears it was used for the fire department that was just down the road.

These three antiques were found at a bottle dump at the old telephone pole structure site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



Nice finds

Some good finds from Charlotte and Pembroke. It was nice to find to different kinds of insulators.

 

 



Facebook group

We now have a new Facebook group, called " Artifact Recovery Corps". Please feel free to join the ARC on Facebook to stay further updated.

This "bench mark" was found at the bottom of Neal Mountain, Waite, on the side of Route 1. It was placed in a rock, as you can see. If anybody knows what this is, please let us know.

These are some of the sites we have visited in the last year, 2015.

 

This picture was taken in the fall, on the Washington County Railroad in Pembroke.

This abandoned shack was located in Waite.

This is a structure made out of telephone poles, located in Charlotte.

This is a railroad switch located on the Washington County Railroad in Pembroke.

These next two pictures are under an abandoned house, with the crawl space being completely layered with bottles, located in Charlotte.

 

This is a run down building, that may have been a sawmill, located in Charlotte.
