Historic Sites

These are some of the sites we have visited in the last year, 2015.
 
This picture was taken in the fall, on the Washington County Railroad in Pembroke.

This abandoned shack was located in Waite.

This is a structure made out of telephone poles, located in Charlotte.

This is a railroad switch located on the Washington County Railroad in Pembroke.

These next two pictures are under an abandoned house, with the crawl space being completely layered with bottles, located in Charlotte.
 

This is a run down building, that may have been a sawmill, located in Charlotte.

  1. The structure(s) made of telephone poles appear to be where livestock was butchered.

  2. Yes, that is what we have also thought. We think this because of some possible meat hooks hanging from the top poles.
